    As a clinician, I bring a blend of empathy and directness to my work to create a space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, one that respects each person’s unique life experiences and promotes healing in a comprehensive way. I’m passionate about empowering my clients, helping them find their voice and build confidence in their journey. I especially enjoy supporting adults and focus on the middle-aged to geriatric population as well as married couples to foster stronger, healthier relationships. Together, we’ll work towards your goals and uncover new paths to resilience and fulfillment.

Whether you're a college student finding your way, a child learning to manage and express emotions, a parent navigating family dynamics, or an adult processing a recent trauma, my goal is to provide a supportive space where your unique needs are met.

    As a compassionate and patient therapist, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly understood. Taking a relational approach, I focus on building a strong therapeutic connection that encourages open, authentic communication. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed perspective, allowing me to view healing and interventions through a lens that respects each client’s unique experiences. While I enjoy working with children and teens, I find a special connection with young adults navigating their 20s and 30s, helping them move toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and growth.

She brings organization and efficiency to our administrative systems, skillfully managing clerical operations and executing office procedures to keep everything running smoothly. With a positive, helpful attitude and a knack for problem-solving, she ensures a supportive environment for both our team and clients!

    Meet Finn, our lovable Cavapoo and resident therapy dog! As the beloved companion of our owner, Diana, Finn joins her in therapy sessions, bringing a warm and calming presence to the room. When he’s not lending a paw in sessions, Finn can be found taking walks around the office or playing with his favorite toys. He’s always ready to offer a bit of extra comfort to anyone who needs it!
